I’d give Friendly’s about 4 stars. We went sometime last month, or maybe it was the end of the month before, I can’t remember exactly, but it was a solid visit. The menu has a good mix of stuff like burgers, sandwiches, salads, kids’ meals, and obviously the ice cream. It’s one of those places that works well when nobody in the group can agree on what they want. A few things are a little basic, but there are usually enough options that everyone leaves happy.

Our server was friendly, which I appreciated, but the service took forever. They made it sound like we’d be taken care of quickly, but that definitely didn’t match the reality. It felt like we spent more time waiting for help than actually enjoying the meal.

I went on the site just trying to find the menu and locations, and somehow it turned into a whole ordeal. Everything felt slow, a little messy, and not super easy to navigate. A few pages also loaded weird on my phone, which made it even more frustrating. It’s not the worst site I’ve ever used, but it definitely needs some work.

I ordered pickup and somehow half my order was wrong. I got the wrong side, my drink was missing, and they put toppings on my burger that I specifically asked them to leave off. It wasn’t even busy when I showed up, so I don’t get how that happened. I also felt kind of passed around when trying to get it sorted, like nobody really wanted to deal with it. The food itself was okay, but I’m tired of having to dig through every bag before I leave like checking their work is my job.

The ramp definitely helped getting in, which I appreciated, but once inside the aisles felt tight in a few spots. It was manageable, but I kept thinking if it had been a little busier or if I needed to turn around somewhere...

The points do work, so I’ll give it that, but the rewards don’t show up right away. It kind of takes a while and you’re left sitting there wondering if it actually went through or not. Not terrible, just a little slow.

We went here last weekend right after my kids’ soccer game, and it was such an easy stop. They were still a little wound up and louder than usual, but nobody made us feel awkward about it. Our server even brought over extra napkins before I had a chance to ask, which I really appreciated in the moment.
The kids were all about the ice cream, and my husband and I were just glad there was enough space for the stroller without feeling like we were in everyone’s way. By the time we left, I remember thinking that it actually felt like a place where families are welcome. We’d definitely go back again.

I was hungry and in a decent mood when I came in, but the food took a really long time to arrive today. It kind of made the experience a bit frustrating.

The food was still warm when I got it, the fries weren’t soggy, and they packed the ice cream separately so it didn’t turn into a mess. The delivery driver was friendly too. Based on my experience, they handled everything well and I’d definitely order again...

The food is totally fine, but the hours online don’t seem to always match what’s actually happening. I drove over thinking they were open, then got there and they were already closed. Maybe I misread something, but I checked again and it still seemed off. Frustrating, honestly.

Stopped in with my kids the place was really clean. The tables were wiped down, the floors looked good, and even the bathrooms were kept up nice. It just made eating there feel easy and comfortable. I’d definitely go back.
